<span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px;">Love has unique definition for each individual. Some find it in motherly hood, some in friends and many in their soul mates. Being loved is an incredible gift of god. One has to very patient to attain this gift but once accomplished, it’s like the warm clutch of hand held together never to be apart. Being so precious, it’s even a liability to hold this depth of togetherness. Being loved works on the phenomena of give and take and lucky are those who have this aptitude of sustaining the relation to let it be everlasting.</span><br />

We all celebrated international women's day yesterday. Facebook and Twitter filled with posts and comments appreciating and congratulating women in different aspects. Even I got appreciation from few of friends and business partners. It was surely a matter of pride that being a young girl of 28 I was admired by people aging above 40s or 50s.<br />
One of my business partner aging around 45 admired the business vision I have as a young girl and his flattering words said that I am the source of inspiration for many other ladies. I replied with a mild smile and thought he is little bit flattery but respect womanhood which is a great quality in itself. Within half an hour, his wife visited my office place to which he reacted in a total insane manner. He was extremely annoyed simply because his wife traveled alone to the office without him which is not respectable for an Indian lady. I was simply watching the scene and did not try to interfere between the husband-wife matter.<br />
But the incident raised a question that we Indians truly respect women's freedom or it is just a matter of show off on social media? We like and appreciate Lata mangeshkar, kalpana chalwa that they broke barriers of society and took a stand to build a great personality. But when it comes to our family, sister or wife, we want them to be restricted to the house or the man of her life. A wife should ask her husband for even the simplest moment of her life. A girl's fortune is to be decided by her father. Where the hell is so called freedom for women? Maybe, lost in the crowd of fake admirers.<br />
<br />
Pride of the family chained inside the house with a lock of social barriers. And we are shouting loud in media, Happy international women's Day.<br />

Since last one month, on one of my friend's suggestion, I started the intake of Indian Cow milk, easily available near my house. Initially, I blamed myself why the hell I changed from normal buffalo milk to this one as the taste was not up to my expectations and also due to low-fat content, I couldn't extract ghee from it. Still I continued considering it at least for a month. To my utter surprise, I realised that since last many days I was not feeling bloated and acidic. What could be the reason? The only change made in my diet was just the cow milk. Is it possible that a normal milk can bring change up to this level. I searched on the internet and spoke to few of the ayurvedic doctors. And the answer was, Yes. I have read many of the CDs of Shri Rajeev dixit ji and in one of those CDs, he mentioned the benefits of Indian (Desi) cow. As per him, Indian cows are most adaptable to the Indian climate and they can bear the chilled winters as well as the Hot summers. The medicinal properties available in cow milk cannot be found in any other animal. Due to endless number of medicinal properties, cow's milk can cure many diseases and keeps a person healthy as it is light in fat content and is also easy to digest.<br />
I wrote an article couple of months back about the slaughtering of cows in India and is well aware of the benefits of cow and the products. But I didn't realize that it could help me to this extent.<br />
Many may ask, So what if a normal milk treated your stomach. This is not about me but about the entire community, about the children. In my previous articles, I mentioned that majority of the health problems arise from the stomach which needs special attention. Here is my point, that if a normal habit of having cow milk can avoid so many health issues, then why the packet milk.<br />
My article slaughtering of cow, raises a question to all countrymen "How to save our Indian cows from slaughtering". A simple answer, even if 25% of the Indian population starts the intake of cow milk, it will automatically save them.<br />

Obviously being a citizen of India, superstitions are difficult to ignore. But up to what extent? A big, very big question. Surrounded by people who talks about God, spirits, black magic, is it really possible for someone to take it for granted. Even if a person doesn't believe in all this, he is forced to do so by our own people. Almost every second individual must be having a story related to spirits, God, Astrology, or black magic. If I say, I believe in God but spirits and black magic doesn't exist for me. Question Arise why? I haven't seen God nor the spirits. Then Why God yes and spirits a big No. Similarly, if I say being a Hindu I believe in astrology but not in black magic. Again a big why?<br />
We believe in things as per our own convenience and as per the upbringing given to us. But no one never raises any objection that why yes for something and no for other.<br />
Since last few months, I came across few people who talks a lot about black magic (jaadu tona). Instead of the fact, I that strongly believe my God, feeling little inclined towards the curiosity to know about the facts of black magic. Do they really exist? Is it possible for someone to hold the life of others using this art? If this is really such a strong way to accomplish a wish, what is the need of struggling hard? Can black magic and Strong faith in God go hand in hand? If yes, why God favors this insane art? If no, then how can a normal human shows the guts to go against God?<br />
On one Hand we say India is the land of God and on other side we ourselves sows the seed of Superstition.<br />

Baba Ramdev and his Patanjali Products are the most popular among the common man these days. Few of the question arise after trying the products and going little deep into his history. My predictions may be wrong but if I am right even up to 50%, does this mean that we Indians are total fools and trust any one blindfolded. I visited few of the organic stores in Delhi and NCR region as a fake customer. While shopping I tried to understand the mindset of people purchasing Patanjali products. To my utter surprise, most of the people buy Patanjali products saying "Ye Baba Ramdev ka hai to sahi hi hoga". Without any knowledge about the product and its quality, people are purchasing just because it is the product of Baba Ramdev. People residing in the middle of the city does not even know what Indian cow is but they find Patanjali Ghee total Pure. Just because Patanjali honey is cheaper by cost, people use this honey without even understanding what actually is the pure Honey. I felt really hopeless for my countrymen who always follow a blind path just because everyone else is following it.<br />
What is the future of such a country where even the educated people behaves like "Padhe likhe gawar"<br />
I used to admire Baba Ramdev and still loves him for his efforts taken to bring swadeshi in the limelight. And even he is appreciable in promoting Yoga worldwide. But Patanjali ...... seriously disappointed me. Every 2nd person is a part of corporate culture either as an employee and as an employer. Both has some expectations from each other and when they remained unfulfilled, criticism arises. Very truly said never love your organization, better to love your profile because in some or the other way management fails to satisfy the employees in all sorts. Similarly, an organisation always has some or other complaints from their staff and come up with ifs and buts at the time of appraisals.<div>
Here is an article to understand the expectations of both employer and employee from each other.</div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px;">Not a single day is left aloof of the two words i.e struggle and compromise. Rather it would be correct to say that these words are a part of our family in some or the other way. From the day start till the dinner time, we have struggled in some or the other way and have compromised with our likings and wishes. Today it may be for the family and friends; tomorrow it would be for the company officials. Sometimes it is due to lack of time and other times we do not have the suitable environment. Whatever may be the reason, trash folder is always ready to store our pending desires. Many of you will agree that we human feel proud in sacrificing and compromising for others. But at what cost should be question? Is it really worth compromising instead of having an alternate solution just to show your Significance? “I have done this for you” are the words that can be used as a tool to show your superiority in later phases.</span><br />

Food, Shelter and clothing are the first priority of every human being to earn. Out of them, Shelter is the most expensive. A middle-class person ears till half of his life to arrange for a home of his own. And finalizing the same is the critical process. Not every person is well aware of the ifs and buts of real estate which also is a sector surrounded by cheaters and frauds. One needs to understand real estate and property so that he can avoid fake people available in the market and also it helps a person to finalize his dream in a better and appropriate way. What a frustrated person comes across during the time of fall down? Filled with lots of emotions and feeling, most closest he feels to is the GOD. Either he falls for him and shows his angry side. Endless questions to ask from the almighty. why he does this and that? Unaware of his game play he regularly criticizes the lord who smiles back at him with no response.<br />
Maybe each one of us has gone through the same phase. At the end, we are left with nothing else to accept the situation and wait patiently for his next play. Here is my latest poem written in anxiety.<br />

Until then he was a Saint who used to lecture on social well being and a healthy lifestyle. Later he indulged himself in production of various grocery and medicine products also. This is sure that he got knowledge about various medicines and other products through the books and research of Shri Rajeev Dixit ji. He is quite remarkable and appreciable in promoting swadeshi products which he produces in-house whatever may be passage of knowledge. At least he took steps and followed the path of Shree Rajeev Dixit ji. But the conflict arises when a Saint is more interested in enhancing the Turnover of his company instead of serving the Humanity. Initially when Baba Ramdev came up with Brand name Patanjali saying that he wants to promote swadeshi products he said that he will never indulge himself in turn over and will not spend anything in marketing and promotional activities. And now every third Advertisement on Television is of Patanjali Products. Almost every 3rd day one can find news related to Patanjali Turnover. My question is why a Saint is that much interested in making money and Turnovers. If he is a Saint, he should be more focused in enlightening the people with his knowledge and serving the Humanity. I am not at all against rising company Patanjali rather feels happy that there is an Indian company to compete with foreign companies. But what about the manipulations created by a Saints. Swadeshi products could also have been promoted by promoting the already existing Indian companies. Even then also manipulations don’t end here and are easily visible in each of his product</span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
<a href="http://hubpages.com/health/Common-Health-Issues">http://hubpages.com/health/Common-Health-Issues</a></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Being a part of the busiest century people, most of us will agree with the lack of enough time to focus on our health issues. Yes, the life is busy and we are in rat race of earning more and more. Race starts since the student lives, then we have to do something for the parents, then ourselves and then the kids. Life goes on fulfilling some or the other responsibilities without even caring about the limit strength of our body. And when one realize, it’s too late to recover the loss.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
If we closely examine most of the health issues, conclusion would be that most of the problems arise either due to carelessness and laziness. People working too hard for the life take health issues for granted and people who have enough time are mostly too lazy for the efforts. Both are hazardous in long run of life. Immediate effects may not be visible but somewhere inside small home has been built by number of diseases which later came out with a big blast in the form of cancer, diabetes, paralysis and many more. Then we criticize the justice of God. Why this to me? But No God is present here to explain that the man himself is responsible for his downfall. <!--[if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Stomach Care – It may feel awkward but yes the truth is that stomach is the initial point of majority of diseases. If you take care of your stomach like a baby, you are actually keeping your health. Acidity and constipation are not only limited to trouble the stomach but in long run are the reasons of various other diseases like joint pain, muscle pain, headache, Piles, Heart strokes etc.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Most important part to protect your stomach is to avoid filling it every time. Take meals at specific time and all day munching is a big hurdle in stomach care.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Drinking water keeps stomach calm and avoids acidity.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->There are many herbs available in market as well as naturally that are boon to your stomach. <div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l5 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Proper Use of Water – Instead of Writing Just Water I mentioned Proper Use of water. 90% of the people know that drinking water is quite essential but how many of us know in what quantity and proper way of drinking water. Water on one side is useful for our body whereas on other side if taken in wrong manner can create serious health issues. For example drinking water while eating food is very hazardous as it creates acidity as well as constipation.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l4 level1 lfo4; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Avoid drinking water while eating your food till 1 hour. Correct time is at least half an hour before the meal. Our stomach secretes some acids to digest the food consumed and drinking water neutralizes those acids. Ultimately stops the proper digestion of the food through natural acids.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l4 level1 lfo4; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->First glass of water should be early morning empty stomach at least half an hour before the breakfast time. In total a person should drink 6-7 liters of water through the entire day.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l4 level1 lfo4; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->If we talk in terms of Ayurveda then it says that water should be taken sitting on the floor on your knees and sip by sip drinking is the best way.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l4 level1 lfo4; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->d.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Water should be consumed at its room temperature or slightly luke warm. Chilled water is not good for health.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l5 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Proper Work Out – Balanced Take in and take out of calories is as much important as balanced diet. Continuously munching without any workout, will make your body accumulated with lots of fat that could not find way to leave your body. Work out varies from person to person according to the need for which you need to understand your structure. For example muscular exercise can make the body of a female stiffed and hard.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo5; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Workout should be planned according to the need of the body. Simply to lose weight Aerobic are the best in addition to Yoga.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo5; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Along with exercise time, one should also apply it in regular routine like taking stairs instead of lift, walking to the nearby market etc.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo5; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Work out should be done before any particular meal but not empty stomach. Like you can do early morning exercise before breakfast but should take atleast a glass of juice 20-30 minutes before work out time.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l1 level1 lfo5; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->d.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Slow walk is mandatory after any meal. One should sit or lay down immediately after any meal.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l5 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Healthy Mind – A healthy mind is directional proportional to the health of a person. One should not expect 100% health without the healthy mind. Proper sleep, Meditation, stress free life all are important but cannot be attained in single day and regular practice is mandatory.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l6 level1 lfo6; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Foremost thing required for a healthy mind is to stay happy. Yes we are surrounded with lots of struggles and problems but the real man is who overcomes them keeping a big smile on face.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l6 level1 lfo6; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Give proper rest to your body through complete sleep and meditation. Work will stay the entire life but not the health.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l6 level1 lfo6; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Anger, frustration and tension are the key sources of various diseases like blood pressure and heart problems. Stay Calm Stay Healthy. I know this is easier to write but difficult to follow but practice makes a man perfect. At least give a try.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l5 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Say No Adulteration and GMO – As we all are aware that market around us is not customer friendly. Merchants are more interested in making money than serving the humanity. Adulteration and Genetically modified food products are parts of our kitchen leaving a serious bad effect on our health. A sensible and aware person knows the value of Organic food products.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo7; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->a.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->For sure it’s not possible to avoid every food product available in market but we can be careful in opting wisely. For example instead of using the grinded spices, one can purchase them in whole and then can grind in mixer grinder at home. In the same way you can opt for certified Organic food products instead of local products.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo7; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->b.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Most of the people have some space available in home that they can use for gardening of vegetable and fruits. Best way to eat fresh and Organic.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo7; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->c.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span><!--[endif]-->Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetable as much as possible and also avoid genetically modified products. Research on such products and extract knowledge so that to take some benefit out of it.</div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
Health is a long discussion topic and the mentioned points are just the basics. Most of the time we know the disease and its cure but take it for granted out of laziness. Life is not worth living if you do not have a healthy body and mind for which one needs to spend some valuable time. After all precious things cost something. And nothing could be more precious than your own health and your loved ones. </div>

One wants to be well educated or simply needs to learn Good English to stand out in crowd? This is a big question arose last evening somewhere inside my soul. Being a part of corporate world, i come across endless number of clients on regular basis. Some of them quite patient and humble while addressing their grievances and many simply behaves like they own not only the company but also the world. yesterday was little on negative side and made me to write this blog. Client i met was totally an Indian person settled abroad somewhere in America. He was absolutely right on his part in regards to the grievances he addressed and even i agreed to his request. My concern is not the issue he raised but the tone of speaking he used. American accent and foreign return tag defines him as no more Indian. Not sure about his education but code of conduct clearly reflects his intellectual level.<br />
<br />
So what if he is foreign return, knows good English. Does this give you the licence for an inappropriate behavior with your own countrymen. English language for sure has become the status symbol in our country and even the rikshaw puller or vegetable seller wants his child to be educated in an English medium school. Wait a minute, still its India with national language Hindi. Out of 10 people, still you will find only 2 english speaking person. But these 2 english learners doesn't own the right to stand on the heads of rest 8. Rather its their duty to be more polite, humble and educate rest of the people in best possible way they can.<br />
<br />
As per my understanding their is huge difference in a language learner and a well educated person. Later stands out in all places by the way of his vast knowledge and behavior. Whereas a language learner is restricted to only the language he learnt no matter what it teaches him. Another fact quite important i believe is that none of the language in entire world says that one should arrogant, stubborn or unfriendly towards the other language person. This is something inbuilt and also learnt from the near and dear ones including family and friends that forms our code of conduct. English i personally believe is a very polite and humble languages that teaches love and affection to the entire human kind. That is also the reason that today it has achieved the status of International language.<br />

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Food is the energy source for human being but what happens when people use this source in hazardous way just for their own personal benefit. Yes here we are talking about adulteration. This is a common word that we come across almost every day whenever we are purchasing any grocery, vegetable, or cosmetics. In current scenario, whenever we are consuming anything we are not consuming the nutrients alone. Along with it we are consuming the toxic chemicals and unhealthy adulterants which are making us hollow from inside by fading our immune system. Instead of knowing the facts, we cook and prepare these food items for our kids, husbands and other family members. For sure, avoiding food items is not the solution neither we can stop our craving for delicious products. Let’s try to understand adulteration and the alternatives we can use.</div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Adulterants can be any other low standard food item or non food item and it matches the appearance of the actual food product into which it is mixed. Hence identification becomes difficult</div>
<div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Many a times adulterants are such things which we can’t even imagine to eat like animal wastage, crushed brick etc. Vendor’s use them just enhance their business and earn more profit. Adulteration is mostly common in developing countries due to lack of regulatory bodies and over population but developed countries are also victims to this hazardous practice.</div>

To completely avoid the food items is not a possible solution. Instead we can search for an alternate option i.e. Organic products. Organic products are those which are produced through agriculture without the use of any chemical fertilizers and pesticides with friendly environment. In such cases, plantation is done naturally with natural fertilizers to preserve and prevent the reproductive ability of the soil. Seeds, Soil and fertilizers are properly examined and worked upon for enhancing the regenerative capacity. Being produced without any harmful chemicals and pesticides, the products are highly nutritious and resistant to diseases. The major factor is that they are produced within the proper care and after proper management of the soil and seeds. Hence any doubt of adulteration is not possible. Also they are properly checked and verified for their nutritious value to pass the certificate of Organic.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Production of Organic food items is called Organic farming. It mainly promotes ecological balance by promoting cycling of resources and banning the use of synthetic pesticides. Organic farming also avoids irradiation, synthetics solvents and additives. Organic is not restricted to crop farming only; it equally refers to animal products also. In animal products GMO (Genetically modified organism) is very common. Basically what nature cannot do, human has done by crossbreeding which sometimes may be useful but sometimes not. Animals are injected with medicines to produce more milk or egg and also crossbred with different species to strengthen their power. This is against the law of nature but is still done to enhance the business and productivity. Organic is against the promotion of this practise and does not believe in hormonal injections. In short Organic means close to nature.</div>

In some ways, people may find it disadvantageous also due the scarce supply of Organic products in local markets. Organic farming is very limited in almost every country and also all products are not produced using organic farming. Hence the supply is limited and also the variety of products is also limited. As they are not genetically modified, it is difficult to get organic products in non seasonal time. Like, it’s difficult to find Organic Tomatoes in January.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Secondly due to limited supply, few of the organic products may be expensive to purchase than their processed item.</div>

India moving to Organic</h2>

In India, there are few of the organisations working for the promotion of organic products like Swanand, Patanjali, Sanjeevani Organic etc. Their main focus is towards enlightening the people for the use organic products and spreading awareness against the processed and adulterated food. They also work in spreading awareness for ayurvedic products which is the main knowledge source of India. Ayurved is a medical science that totally focuses on natural sources available to us and search for cures through natural herbs and yoga. These institutions believe in natural science and cures given to us by nature of even deadly diseases. Slowly their products are spreading all across the nation and out of country also due to their organic values. Local retails shops can easily be seen in local markets of India. The food item and other products are produced through organic farming and then properly crosschecked before letting them free for purchase in local markets. One can easily find list of commodities starting from kitchen groceries to bathroom products and then to cosmetics. All are herbal products with no side effects and can be easily trusted for their quality. Most important fact is that their products are not much expensive and are within the reach of common man. There may be slight difference between few of organic products and their processed item but that much difference is quite reasonable if their quality is compared. It’s difficult to discuss the list of product through this article as it includes almost everything that we can imagine in food items, pulses, juices, washing products, cosmetics, medicines etc. They have enabled India to opt for alternatives against the adulterated and processed food items. Therefore we can happily say that we are moving towards building a healthy nation.</div>

Almost 90% of the humankind believes in God and his powers. In fact we consider him as a part of our soul and have solid faith in his supremacy. We made him part of every moment of life that includes joys and sorrows of life. We speak to him, we get angry with him, we blame him sometimes and also we thank him for the success. This means that God is living a life of a human being along with us sharing all thoughts of life. This is true for every religion whether Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian. Every religion has its own way of reaching the God and communicating but the ultimate goal of all is to reach him and building space in his heart.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
So is the Hindu religion that believes in freedom of human kind and sharing love. If we talk about the Gods of Hindu religion, no one will be able to confirm the exact number of Gods which is countless. Hindu religion says that God is present in everything that is present within this universe. Hence it is divine which means God. According to Upanishads it is said that there are thirty three Gods which are divided as 12 adityas, 11 rudras, 8 vasus, Indra and Prajapat. This is misinterpreted as 33 million Gods by many due to the word Koti used in Upanishad which means crore as well as type. This is an endless discussion without any conclusion for the total number of Gods. Anything available to us by nature we presume it as God like rain God (Indra), Earth (Bhudevi), Air (Vayudev) and so on. This is basically to respect the natural sources available to mankind and not to waste them or disregard them. But if we go deep into the Hindu mythology it is known that there are three supreme deities of Human being which are described as Brahma (Creator), Vishnu (Preserver) and Mahadev (Distroyer). There are often referred as Trimurti. These three were also one initially and split into three to create the world and manage it. Brahma is the creator of the universe. Vishnu is the preserver or maintainer of the world and Mahesh is the destroyer. Brahma creates everything, Vishnu preserves the good things and Mahesh destroys the evil. In later stages they took birth in different names with some or the other purpose and each incarnation got renamed as another God. For example Vishnu came as lord Krishna and Lord Rama to teach the lessons of dharma to the mankind. In the same way Lord Mahesh came in the form of Hanuman to assist Lord Rama in the search of his wife Sita who was absconded by demon Ravan. There are number of stories of Gods reincarnated in different forms for various purposes. And we humans gave the name of different God to each incarnation creating a new God. Whereas in actual Hindu mythology says that Lord Krishna and lord Rama are none other than Lord Vishnu and Lord Hanuman is Shiva or Mahesh who themselves were one and got split for the creation of the universe. Different Hindu people worship different God. Like all Hindus belong to one religion, all Gods are also one and cannot be separated just because of a false belief. One person believing in Lord Krishna and other in Lord Rama but ultimately both believes in Lord Vishnu.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Almost every natural product gifted to us by god is worshiped in Hindu religion to respect the natural resources available to us. We worship plants like Tulsi and peepal, animals like cow and fish, mountains like govardhan, and Himalaya and water in rivers available to us. People who does not belong to Hindu community make fun of this that how such things can be worshiped and how will they fulfill our desires. A simple reply is that worship or puja is not done to fulfill the desires but to respect the resources available to us. We give respect to these plants, animals, water and mountain that they allowed us to live and sustain ourselves on this earth as human life is not possible without the presence of these resources. Even different gods in their different incarnations taught us to respect whatever is available to us naturally. We have been taught to respect humanity, plants and animals and also the natural resources available.<a href="http://hubpages.com/religion-philosophy/Hindu-Gods-and-Home-Temple" style="color: #888888; text-decoration: none;">http://hubpages.com/religion-philosophy/Hindu-Gods-and-Home-Temple</a></div>

Hindu Mythology believes in three supreme Gods described as Brahma (Creator), Mahesh (Destroyer) and Vishnu (Preserver). Lord Krishna is said to be the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu who promised Goddess earth to take birth as a human being to remove sin and offer the world his sacred preaching. Eternal message of spiritual wisdom were kept in front of the entire world by the deity in the form of Bhagavad Gita (Religious book of Hindus) which contains the shloks (sayings) by Lord Krishna spoken to Prince Arjun during the war of Kurukshetra 5000 years ago among the pandavas and kauravas.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">

Birth of our deity God is an amazing story narrated to almost every child by their parents. Among the yadavas in Mathura, there was a king named Kansa who was threatened by a loud voice from the sky (Akashvani) that he will be killed by the eighth son of his sister (Devki) due to the sins committed by him. On hearing this, Kansa put his sister and her husband behind the bars in his own palace. While in the Prison Lord Vishnu appeared in front of the couple and Informed them about his birth from the womb of Devki so that to Kill Kansa and release the people of his terror. During the birth of Lord Vishnu, a miracle happened and all doors opened automatically and even the guards got unconscious. It was the time when Vasudeva (Devki’s Husband) took the child out of the prison to his friend Nanda’s (Cow herd chief in Gokul) House crossing the full fledged Yamuna River during the heavy rains. Vasudeva and Nanda exchanged their kids and Vasudeva came back to the prison with daughter of Nanda. Kansa as soon as got the information of the birth of a child appeared in front of Devki and Vasudeva to kill the eighth child and took her in his hands. As he tried to kill the child, she transformed into the Goddess Yogamaya and told Kansa “You are a fool and will not get anything by killing me. Your nemesis is already born somewhere else to plan your demise.”</div>

Krishna was the most mischievous child of the entire community always engaged in some or the other kind of pranks. He was mostly famous as makhan chor (butter thief) which he did from almost every house of the village. Logic behind this prank was that he wanted to be a strong person along with his fellow friends so that to be a protector of the entire Vrindavan.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
He is also famous for his play with the gopis (milkmaids) his community. Radha among them was his favorite who is still worshipped as goddess along with Lord Krishna. His play with them is popularly known as Raaslila.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
During his childhood, Krishna killed the demoness putana who was sent by Kansa to kill Krishna. Later he also tamed the serpent Kaliya, who was responsible for the poison in Yamuna River and killed numerous herds.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Apart from this he also taught a lesson to Indra Dev (God of Rain) who was full of pride and ego and got angry on Krishna’s advice to protect and take care of the people of Vrindavan. As per the views of Krishna, people should stop worshipping Indra Dev and spending their resources. He says that rain comes from the nearby hill called Goverdhana and advised people to worship the hill instead of Indra. This made Indra extreme furious and sent heavy storms along with rain. To safeguard the people of Vrindavan, Krishna lift up the Goverdhan hill to shelter the people and safeguard them from this terror of Indra dev.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Childhood of Krishna was full of fun, enjoyment and various teachings. From Time to time he safeguards the people of Vrindavan from various calamities and demons and wins their heart with his charming behavior and intelligence. Not only this, cows, birds, trees and various other animals were fond of his flute voice and loved him truly.</div>

KURUKSHETRA AND BHAGAVAD GITA</h2>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
After growing up he left Vrindavan and went to Mathura to kill his maternal uncle, Kansa. After his demise he handed over the thrown to Kansa’s father Ugrasen and himself became the Prince. It was then he came in touch with Pandavas and became a close friend of Arjuna.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Later he battled from the side of pandavas in the war of Kurukshetra fought between Pandavas and Kauravas for the throne of Hastinapur. Yudhishtira was the eldest brother of Pandavas and cousins Kauravas and was not accepted by Kauravas as king of Hastinapur. Duryodhan, eldest of kauravas wanted to ascend the throne unlawfully which was the ultimate reason for war. In whole of the issue Krishna sided with pandavas for Truth and law but he could not directly fight the war with weapons. So he became the charioteer of Arjuna to guide him all throughout the struggle time. It was this period of battle when Arjuna was counseled by Krishna to fulfill his duties of a warrior and as a human being so that to attain liberation. It was this conversation that has been converted to Bhagawad Gita so that the whole human community can take benefit of the teachings of Lord Krishna. As Bhagavad Gita is nothing else but the preaching of our almighty i .e Lord Krishna, it is the Holy book of Hindus. A person who reads Gita is said to be enlightened with knowledge.</div>

Although Radha is the godess worshipped with Lord Krishna and it is believed that Krishna is incomplete without Radha still she was not his wedded wife. Krishna left her alone in Mathura while leaving for Vrindavan. Krishna married eight princely wives called as ashtbharya which includes Rukmani and Satyabhama. Apart from his eight princely wives he married 16000 which were said as his junior wives. They were forcibly kept by Narkasur in his palace and were rescued by Lord Krishna. To save their honor and allow them to live respectfully in society, Krishna himself married them. Rukmani, his first wife is considered as the avatar of Goddess Lakshmi whereas his second wife Satyabhama is considered the aspect of the earth goddess Bhudevi.</div>

WORSHIP OF LORD KRISHNA</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39855253" style="font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Lord Krishna is associated with Vishnu and is considered as his incarnation. Therefore his worship is also a part of Vaishnavism. Lord Krishna is one of the most popular deity of Hindus worshipped all across the country including the southern states. Apart from India, Lord Krishna is the only god popular in western countries as well due to strong efforts of ISCON (International society for Krishna Consciousness). This was the movement called as Hare Krishna Movement which was spread outside through its founder Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Lord Krishna is worshipped in the form of an infant child as well as an adult Krishna with Radha Rani. Idol of Infant Krishna is a small child with some butter in his hand. This image of Krishna is basically treated by the follower as his own child. One pampers the infant Krishna and plays with him like a small child. It is felt as a member of the house and one has to involve him in daily routines. Like getting him up early morning, giving bath and making him ready for the breakfast. In the same manner preparing dinner for him at night and then making him sleep on small couch. One who worships infant Krishna follows every ritual and treats him like his own child.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Adult Krishna is worshipped along with Radha Rani and his name is chanted as RadheKrishna. It also indicates that worship of Krishna is incomplete without Radha. This is also believed that worshipping Radha means touching the heart of Krishna as she resides within his heart. Followers of Lord Krishna visit his native place Mathura and Vrindavan every year. There are number of temples built in the name of the deity that includes Janam Bhumi, Isckon temple, Bankey Bihari Temple etc.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Janamashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna every year in month of Aug-sep. People keep fast on this day and eat anything after 12 midnight which is exactly the birth time of Lord Krishna.</div>

<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<a href="http://hubpages.com/relationships/My-Perfect-Life-Partner" style="color: #888888; text-decoration: none;">http://hubpages.com/relationships/My-Perfect-Life-Partner</a><br />True love is the search of every girl on this earth and she doesn’t want to compromise in exploring her perfect partner. She is always in hunt for a man who loves her, admire her and can fulfill all her expectations. To accomplish her task she starts working on herself since her childhood as she is aware that her perfection will make her meet Mr. Right. Proper Grooming and true approach are few of the facts she starts considering and maintaining since the beginning. Hence, it becomes essential to know her view point in regards to the definition of a perfect man. The man who earns good, looks good and behaves well are few of the qualities but not sufficient to convince her. Many of the girls require lot more than that.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
First impression can be created by these qualities but a long term relation is not possible without trust and soul love. A girl visualizes the image of her husband in her mind and searches him in every boy she comes across. Many of the boys could not reach the next step of relationship and fails even in the first attempt.</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39363989" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Love</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39363989" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Love is the foremost quality required not only to initiate a relation but also to maintain it for a long term. Girl needs surety that the man will hold her hand and love her until the last breath. Be there for her at all times and make her believe that you are the man she can trust upon in her hard times. Love means that you accept your spouse with all her positives and negatives. Do not let her imperfections make any changes in your behavior. Stay loyal and honest towards your relationship and many a times it becomes necessary to express your feelings by gifting or surprising her. Such small incidents are quite important to keep freshness in the relationship and help in building your trust towards your partner.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39364006" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Believe in yourself</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39364006" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Before making your love believe you, first accept your feelings towards your partner. Analyze your love and sentiments towards your spouse and get firm that you need her for the lifetime. Your own belief will strengthen your efforts in making your love realize your feelings. Believing in you also means trusting yourself in terms of your Individuality, achievements and personality. First learn to love yourself then only you would be able to make others love you. Grooming is the way by which you can enhance your personality in turn developing your confidence. It doesn’t mean excess make up but it means to learn to carry yourself as per your looks and body structure. Stand in front of the mirror and analyze yourself with all the positive and negative facts. Make sure to smell good, feel good and behave well.</div>
</div>

It’s absolutely correct that a girl gets allured by a successful man much easily than a failure. But a successful man does not mean being extraordinary rich. Well settled person with healthy Job and family is quite enough to show your living standard. It is quite necessary to live parallel with the society and maintain your decorum. She should never feel degraded in front of her friends and relatives while introducing you as her spouse. Neither you should be a bragger nor be penny counter, rather try to maintain your expenses and life style as per your income and society you are living in.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39364008" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Stay attentive</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39364008" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Girls always like the person who is attentive to her and is concerned even about her smallest thing. Showing concern and care is a part of love and deepens the feeling if done with true heart. Prove your girl that you are aware of every smallest thing related to her and all her worries are a part your life too. Her daily routines, her health, her likes and dislikes are few of things you should be aware of your love. Normal routine questions about her lunch and dinner, studies, job will reflect your image of a caring and concerned partner. Love means to get mingled into each other in all phases of life no matter good or bad.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
All above mentioned qualities can’t work until and unless you have the right attitude and behavior to be carried along. As rightly said sweet voice can win the world then why not a girl. Right behavior and attitude at right place is the key to achieve success. This works in relations as well. Relation does not mean your attitude with your spouse only but her friends and relatives as well. She is the one who leaves her own family, friends and relatives just to be a part of your life. Hence it becomes your responsibility to take complete responsibility of her life and never let her feel lonely.<br /><a href="http://hubpages.com/relationships/My-Perfect-Life-Partner" style="color: #888888; text-decoration: none;">http://hubpages.com/relationships/My-Perfect-Life-Partner</a></div>

<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39669216" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13.2px; line-height: 18.48px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39669216" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<span style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px;">http://hubpages.com/family/Love-my-mother</span></span></div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The most precious gift presented to any man by GOD is at the time of his birth i.e. Mother. Mother is an indication of God’s presence with each individual. Life was nude and helpless when it placed its first step on earth but God held his hand in the form of Mother and said “Come on dear hold me, I will cover you from all around. I will save you from all obscurities.” My Mom is none other than God, so I love her. She is the only one who cares for me selflessly, so I love her. She doesn’t desire anything from me and has the curiosity to bestow everything she has on me. She is the only one in this whole world who can recognize my heart beats even if she is miles away from me. My voice makes her understand the sensations going on in my heart and mind. There are moments when she is out of my mind but such instance doesn’t even exist in her life. The purest form of love can be defined in the form of motherhood.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
I could never understand that why I am so important to her instead she has lot more important things to do in her life. Why she feels satisfied in being limited to me? Why her day starts from my breakfast and ends to my peaceful night? Why my belongings are more important than her own clothes and shoes? Some questions can never be answered and these are few of them.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
As said human birth is very difficult to earn and a lady even sacrifice this precious life for her kids without asking anything in return. This great soul cannot be other than GOD. If I am asked to write reasons for loving my mom, frankly either I would be completely silent or will start writing endlessly. Reasons are uncountable as each moment of each day is a reason.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The strength of strong bond between a child and his mother can be understood easily in any critical situation where in the first word out of mouth is of none other but the “MOM”. I can feel her importance in my life whenever I am tensed, nervous, hungry or ill. The word “Mom” is so deeply engraved in my heart that with every emotion it comes out through the passage of my mouth. I love my mom and want to take care of her as she did for me but I never succeed because I can never compete with her. She is unique, incomparable and the only one of her type.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Even after realizing the fact that our life is nothing without the selfless love of mother, we take our relation leniently. Most of us will agree that we consider her love as her duty of motherhood and often treat her badly whenever there is slight change or delay in her duty. Mothers will never say to do something special for them. But it is our moral duty to at least try to pay back some percentage of love, care and affection. We can never reach the height of love she has for us, but there is nothing wrong in at least giving a try.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The kind of hard work our mother does is not possible for us factually. But our small help in spare time can do a lot to ease her burden. Most importantly it will make her happy noticing that her kids are getting responsible and caring. Assistance or help or care can be done in many ways depending upon the daily routine but the most important thing required is the feeling behind the efforts.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Few of the efforts that we can try to strengthen the bond and also to help her :</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color2" id="mod_39669217" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
CONVERSATION</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39669217" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
The problem faced by most of us while doing anything for our parents is our casual attitude with them. We are so informal and lenient with them that doing something special all of a sudden is little bit difficult and even hard to digest for our parents as well. But the glitch of hesitation can be removed slowly with slight efforts. We can start by increasing the verbal communication with our parents. As per my observation and feedback with many of the friends, parents are most delighted with our behavior and nature of talk especially with them. There is no point in trying to help them when we can’t even speak to them properly. Sparing time for them from the busy schedule makes them feel special and they love the attention offered. Normal gossiping about their daily routine can be a part of our conversation and this will also make us aware of the problem faced by them. Conversation does not mean formal office type meeting, rather it can be on general topics or we can engage into laughter to ease them with routine burden. Routine talks help in strengthening the bond of any relationship and with parents it works as a miracle. Taking out time from the busy routine makes them feel special and important and it shows that parents are far significant than any task of our daily life.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39669218" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
DOMESTIC HELP</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39669218" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Mothers are the workers who are not allowed to take even a single leave throughout the year. But being their kids we can change this rule of mankind. 90% of us will agree that mothers get tired mostly running behind us so that we can do our own work properly. Therefore before trying to help her, we have to start helping ourselves which would be her biggest help. At least we can take care of our own belongings that include our clothes, shoes or books. We simply need to prove our parents that we are far more responsible than they think so that they start taking us seriously.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
We can start with minor helps like assisting her with crockery or serving food or offering a helping hand in cleansing. Other minor help may include filling water bottles, aiding her while washing clothes, packing lunch boxes etc. She will never demand for any help from us and even will resist if offered. But we have to be stern with our decision because she needs us and we cannot step back from our moral duty even if she herself resists the help.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39669220" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
OUTDOOR HELP</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39669220" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Most common problem faced by the parents is the need of daily groceries and lack of time to purchase them from market. Apart from this many of the daily routine works gets delayed because of time issue or hassles in going to market. We ourselves are the solution to this problem but she hesitates in asking us for some help because as per her we are busy in our studies or office. But this is the time we have to acknowledge our responsibility and take some measure steps. While going out for any work, we can ask her whether she needs anything from the market. Or once in a week we can take her to the market for all household related jobs. We are the citizens of 21st century and are quite well aware of internet world but most of our mothers still lack in technology benefits. In such cases we can do most of her shopping online so that she gets whatever she needs at her doorstep. Apart from this we can aid her with the contact numbers of local vendors, grocery shopkeepers, tailors etc so that they can be at her service just on a phone call.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_39669280" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13.2px; line-height: 18.48px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
SURPRISES</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_39669280" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Our mother is also a human and she loves the surprises too and it will be highly exciting if it is from her kids. Surprises or gifts don’t mean heavy or costly gift items but minor things that make her feel special and important. She should be able to feel the love and care within the heart of her kids. That feeling of love will fill her with joy and lots of happiness. We can plan for small gift items like a dress, card, or simply flowers and give her a sudden surprise. One thing important to note is that mothers are very sensitive and emotional human being. She will never check the cost behind the gift and personalized gifts will impress her more than costly dresses or ornaments. Apart from this we can take her out for lunch or dinner or simply for window shopping so that to spend some time with her. Surprises can be domestic also like we can do some of her household work when she is outside and surprise her on her home visit.</div>

<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_19690430" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_19690430" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<strong><a href="http://hubpages.com/relationships/Friendship-A-valuable-gift-of-God" style="color: #888888; text-decoration: none;">http://hubpages.com/relationships/Friendship-A-valuable-gift-of-God</a></strong></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
<strong>Friendship –</strong> Does friendship still has some meaning to human life in 21stcentury or we only take it as a means of company to dawdle around. Bitter truth is that we are losing this treasure gift of God and selfishness is the only emotion that exists. Rat race for money and fame has made us hollow in terms of sentiments and friendships are done today just to match up our standard of living. I think, there is a need to analyze ourselves and search inside our soul the path we are choosing. Do you actually need relation built on the pillars of money and fake show off or actually need someone close to your heart. A true friend is a treasure that cannot be purchased even with worldly wealth and need only a true heartily feeling to win this. Take out some spare time and ask the following questions to yourself. May be you realize your actual way towards your relation.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40136884" style="background-color: white; clear: left; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Do not let it be your status symbol</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40136884" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
1. Ask yourself the reason of being close to your current friend. Is it really your love and affection for him or simply you consider him a perfect match for your standard of living. Don’t let your friendship be a status symbol and opt for a relation beyond the factors of prosperity, caste and physical appearance. Relations built on these factors can never be long lasting and will always create a negative environment around you. Friendship is the only relation that a person can opt on his own. Make full use of this freedom and chose your friends beyond the discrimination level and status symbol.</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40136888" style="clear: left; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Analyze your relation in hard situations</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40136888" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
2. Next question arises that how much importance you give to this relation of friendship. This is the only relation, a human can chose as per his own choice and wishes without any restrictions. Then why not to take advantage of this freedom and chose the best for our self who can match up your emotions leaving behind all distinctions of caste, creed and financial status. Appreciate the importance of this treasure gift of God wherein he has given you the complete liberty to build and manage your relations on your own. Its truly said that relations are truly judged in hard times but it should be vice versa. If you expect your friend to stand by your side at all times, then you have to give the same first, before expecting. Friendship is not only to celebrate good times, it is also to share sad moments.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40136903" style="clear: left; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Enjoy Friendship</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40136903" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
3. I don’t think so that there exist even a single relation wherein you are not supposed to fulfill your duties and responsibilities. Now ask, which of the relation is meant for you where you can be yourself and does not require pretending anything fake. The answer would be, friendship, where you can say, "yes I can live for myself and I am not required to wear faces". This is place where you would be accepted with all your shortcomings and blunders. friendship is not between two faces but it is between two hearts or souls. Enjoying every moment of togetherness and living life to the fullest is the another name we can say for friendship.</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40136904" style="clear: left; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Understand your partner</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40136904" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
4. Social Life exists on the rule of give and take. If we talk about Friendship, it is the relation dipped in sweetness of trust, affection and sacrifice. Selfishness and conspiracies are left far behind and even their fragrance could not touch you. The relation makes you realize your importance and the love scattered for you all around. But Vice versa it is your responsibility to be caring and affectionate towards your partner and make him realize his importance in your life. This will strengthen his confidence for you and feelings will emerge directly from the heart.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40136930" style="clear: left; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Ego or Friendship</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40136930" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
5. There is a huge difference in making a relation and managing it for long lasting period as most of the relations are the victim of Ego and self-esteem. Consider it your responsibility to safeguard your relationship from all weapons of attitude and Egotism. There will be situations wherein your ego comes your way of relationship but you have to be strong enough and decide the important part of your life i.e. Ego or friendship.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Every relation is made with some rules and regulation and so is friendship. Follow the rules and experience the change.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleComment" id="mod_19690431" style="clear: left; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px 0px 2em; word-wrap: break-word;">

<div style="margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
It becomes 10 times difficult to survive after the break up with the most important person of your life. The love of your life, who once was the reason of your bright sunny days, has now left you alone with dark sleepless nights. Even when he is not around, you can feel his presence in every breath and his fragrance all around the air. It was never so difficult to pass the time and every second has become an hours waiting. You need urgently someone to facilitate you to come out of this worst situation and make you take a move ahead in life which is possible only if all the memories are vanished leaving behind not even a single trace. Crying loud and letting the whole world hear your pain is not going to offer you any help rather will deteriorate the situation. Neither fighting with the almighty, who is your biggest enemy at this point, is going to offer you some relief. You are filled with endless number of questions seeking answers from your destiny. Why it happened only with you? Why I met him if he was not my soul mate? Why God targeted me for this cruelty? Whole of the atmosphere is filled with unanswered questions and your eyes filled with tears gazing the bright full moon searching for his face.</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="module moduleText color0" id="mod_40130324" style="clear: left; margin: 0px 0px 1.4em; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<h2 class="subtitle" style="color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Know Your Disease</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40130324" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
A common and difficult phase of life once has been a part each and every human being and it is understood that do not have any control on our emotions. Our behavior is the effect of internal and external activities that touch our mind, soul and heart. Brain actually is the executor of our actions and heart controls our emotions and most of the time our heart overrules our brain that doesn’t allow us to take sensible decisions.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
This explanation is required because one should know the disease first and then proceed to its cure. And emotional distraction after a break up is nothing less than a disease. To overcome your weak points, first and the foremost thing required is firm determination and practical approach. There are phases when we are required to think practically instead of being emotional to combat our difficulties.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Fighting against a problem is only possible when you actually know the problem. Understand your weakness and figure out the ways to overcome those weaknesses. Human being are very flexible and adopting animals. We learn very quickly to adjust in all phases of life and figure out to tackle even the hardest condition. Break up isn't a problem, it is just a change in relationship which can also be taken in a positive manner.</div>
<h2 class="subtitle" style="color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1.2em; line-height: normal; margin: 0px 0px 0.6em; padding: 0px; position: relative;">
Fight for your own life</h2>
<div class="txtd" id="txtd_40130327" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;">
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Coming back to the topic, you are in a terrific condition wanting to get out of the situation as soon as possible. First of all prepare yourself to fight against this situation and accept the fact that you have been separated and you will not go back to the past. Time has come you should learn and try to take sensible decisions using your brain. Once your brain overlaps your emotional heart, pain will start diminishing. Your first step in this task should be engaging yourself with different activities. Since your birth, you must be having some hobbies and likings which were ignored because of your professional life or some personal relations. Engage yourself so much with work and other activities that heart doesn’t get a chance to rethink about your past. Engaged in work doesn’t mean working continuously without break, it means entertain yourself by doing the things you actually like. If I talk about myself, I love reading story books and writing articles. Apart from this I watch movies and listen to music in loud voice.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
Next step should be to move ahead with someone else. Until and unless you start looking for some other person, it’s not possible to leave your past. It doesn’t mean holding anyone without even liking, rather it means that at least give chance to allow someone to enter your life. Start showing importance to other relations of your life including your parents, cousins and friends. Socialize yourself and start meeting new people. Social websites like Face book and Linked will prove a boon at this point.</div>
<div style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.8px; line-height: 20.7px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; padding: 0px;">
It’s only you who can make yourself happy. As of now you have loved others, now the time has come when you should learn to love yourself. See yourself in mirror and then come out of the balcony in open sky. Feel the freedom and love you have for yourself. This is the time to live for your fantasies, your hobbies and your liking. Go ahead and grab all the opportunities you missed in your past. Break up is a positive word as well which means freedom.</div>
